Is there a way to resolve Cache Expiration Header issue after implementing it at Website?
As soon as I add google analytics in my website, the pagespeed and other website matrix tools, start reducing the rank stating that Cache Expiration Headers which are set at Goolge Analytics are having very low time.

This is by design. Analytics code of any kind can't be cached because then it wouldn't work. Page Speed is just there to give you advice - if there is a good reason for not following it's recommendations, that is perfectly fine.
