Is it possible in Tesorio to provide us in Collections the entire account of a customer that shows all payments being applied to its invoices?

Yes, Tesorio provides a complete view for each customer including open/cleared invoices, applied/unapplied credit memos, and applied/unapplied payments. The flexibility of Tesorio's workspaces allows you to organize your Collections information any way that you'd like.
