Is it easy to integrate web forms on our site to feed straight into Workbooks and to automatically allocate a lead to the right sales rep?

We use WordPress on our website. Is it easy to map across the data capture fields?

Yes mapping data from a web form to feed directly into Workbooks is a common requirement and made easy as we provide the web form code for you to embed onto your web site. Their is a Wordpress plugin for Workbooks that handles that part too, available from http://wpworkbooks.com/ Once a lead is in Workbooks from your web site you could have them put into a queue for users to pull leads from or use an auto allocation script to allocate the lead to the right person based on your own rules being post/zip code, industry, size etc Also using the Web2Lead functionality in Workbooks enables the auto-creation of a Lead as the result of someone submitting a form on your website. In addition, you can integrate Google Analytics which enhances the functionality, allowing you to capture information about how visitors arrived on your website which you can then filter and report on inside Workbooks.
