Yes, Fontbase is good! I look forward to its future. The price is right as well. It took me a little while to get used to it and to understand how it works and organizes fonts. I had trouble with the fact that the macOS has its own may of dealing with fonts, and it will not play nice unless you train, wash and feed it with special food. I struggled to make Font Book get out of the way of FontBase. When I only used Font Book a few years ago, my system memory became burdened with lots of active fonts. For me, that does not happen with FontBase. One day it dawned on me to just get used to using Font Book for System and stubborn, finicky fonts. Use FontBase to serve design and document needs. So far it works well and the FontBase plugins for Adobe Apps work well too. > Give it a try!
