Is Animaker really free?

I would say that it depends on what you need it for. In my case, I usually just do GIFs to add a bit of personality to my courses using characters, and that I can do for free. Take into consideration that the amount of downloads per month is limited and also videos will come with a watermark, and not the whole library will be available (characters, backgrounds, etc).
