Implementing Ease depends on the time taken to learn how to operate it after you have purchased the platform, getting the word out to your groups and of course once you begin loading groups. Taking the time to learn Ease is crucial to how fast it takes you to load a group. If you are learning as you go, it can take some time, which may be easier. So, build a test group first and play with it, add test employees, build plans using actual data. I will say building your library ahead of time will certainly makes things a bit faster when building future groups. Get acquainted with the support tab in the upper right side of your screen. Watch videos and read all you can on this, everything is very useful and will guide you to successful usage of this platform. Working for two agencies that have implemented Ease, both took some time to implement things. Both agencies took 6 months to be able to get one person to dig deep and take it on. Having that one person dedicated can honestly be the best thing to do. That person then becomes the Ease Guru and trains others. Ease is fun and a great addition to not only the success of your agency, but it also really does bring up to a level that many agencies are not at. Bringing your clients pride in knowing that your agency has more to offer the other guys!

If you receive use of Ease as a benefit through your insurance broker, they are also the administrator for you. The two times I've worked for employers that had Ease available through the broker, the implementation was simple and took only a few days.
