Introducing G2.ai, the future of software buying.Try now

I have two issues I would love feedback on. I create several 7-10 pages a year for our different events. Everytime I go into regfox I have to navigate to see all pages to access my current event. It would be helpful if the most current event would be the default page. And, because i live in the East Cost Time zone I have to wait 2-3 hours before I can get access first thing in the morning. Would you consider hiring someone remotely closer to the East coast or more centralize. I would love to get a response on at least the first question because I'm sure you could address this easily :).

One issue with this review is that i could not upload the screenshot... there was an error notice.

Hey Sharmion, thanks so much for sharing your concerns with us here. I just connected with our team about this and the following is what they shared. Per your first question, your pages can actually be filtered by the following: 1) most recently updated 2) publish date 3) created date 4) upcoming events 5) past events in the 'My Pages' section on your RegFox dashboard. I emailed you a screenshot showing where this is since I can't upload files here :) I think filter options 1 or 3 in this case would work best for you. As far as the wait time from when you write in and get a response from our team, our solutions team are headquartered in Sacramento, CA, however we are considering expanding to accommodate more time zones. We'll keep you and our customers up-do-date on when that happens.
