To use Hangouts to connect with other company employees, follow these steps: 1. Open the Hangouts app or go to the Hangouts website. 2. Sign in with your company email account. 3. Use the search bar to find the employee you want to connect with by entering their name or email address. 4. Click on their name to open a chat window. 5. Type your message and press enter to send it. 6. To start a video call, click on the video call icon in the chat window. 7. Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the call setup.

If you company uses G-suite applications, everyone should be available on Hangouts. You only have to search by their name or email on the Hangouts App/Web and you should be able to connect with them. If you don't use G-suite, you could invite your co-workers via email and they should be able to join your Google meet calls and chats
