Choose the page you want to remove, and right-click on the page in the thumbnail panel. You will see the "Delete Page" option there.

You need to go to a thumbnail view and then you can click and delete or move pages. You can access it quickly by just clicking the upper left corner of the plan vertical bar below the save icon.
