How to add custom role?

Whenever we share and files with our peer we only have given roles. How can we add custom roles for specific user.

From the Admin console Home page, navigate to Admin roles. Select the method to add the role. Begin with a blank role by selecting Create a new role. Input a name and, if desired, a description for the role, then proceed by clicking Continue. Examine the privileges and finalize by clicking Create Role.
