The support at PCR is one of my favorite things about them. You can call, email or just put in a ticket, depending on the urgency. They respond quickly and usually resolve the issue within a few hours if not minutes. If the first person is unable to assist they will immediately connect you to the person who can assist. Best support people I have to work with of all our apps and contracts. Can't say enough about them in this area.
