I had the worst experience working with Deel. They literally stole my salary by intentional and unnecessary taxing. The amount was never reflected in FBR. I WON'T recommend it at all

Here is the guide: Don’t get direct withdrawals to your bank account. Use a service like Skydo as they give you better rates. Register for GST if income is more than 20 lakhs per year File for LUT after GST registrations. This way you will not have to pay IGST and claim, rather just file zero-rated GST. Service export is a zero-rated GST supply. Get a current account (not mandatory though). Skydo gives FIRA/FIRC for free whereas banks charge 200+GST for it

Hello there! For contractors, we facilitate the way you get paid. There are 3 types of contractors. There are 3 types of contractors, Fixed Rate contract -Contractor and client agree to a predetermined base rate for work, which recurs each pay cycle Pay As You Go contract -Contractors are paid at a variable rate based on the working days, hours, or tasks submitted Milestone contract -Contractor is paid a predetermined amount when they reach particular milestones along a project timeline
