We use Scorebuddy as a customer support and service quality assurance evaluation tool. The metric tracking and scorecards are good components of this, but the integration is something that you really need to evaluate if it's something that your team can manage and support otherwise it becomes manual functionality for staff management and add-ons needed for list building.
