How do you send e-mails and chat for a list of e-mails?

I'm trying to send some e-mails and chat messages to a list of users, but they don't have variables in common. So I wanted to upload their e-mail adress or complete them and send them in a unique outbound chat/e-mail. How can I do this?

Hi Gabriella - sorry for the delay in getting back to you! Just in case you hadn't figured it out I thought I'd bring you through it. The best way to do this is bulk tag a group and then in your Entry Rules to your email and chat messages you select "tag is X". X being whatever you decide to name this group when you tag them. How do you bulk tag? Firstly you will need to have a list of the people you want with their emails and User ID and save this as a CSV, delete any other information in the list that you might have. Within your Intercom workspace: - Go to the "Contacts" section - Click "New users or leads" - blue button in the top right hand corner - Select "Import People" - From the pop up select "CSV" - Upload your CSV - Select the column that reflects the contacts emails - Select the column that reflects the contacts User IDs - This will bring you to the tag section - here you will select "Add another tag" - Note: there's already a tag here but always remember to add your new tag as well - Type in the name you want to call the tag eg. "Email & Chat message 30.09" - Select "Create new tag: Email & Chat message 30.09" - Click save - Click "Import Users" in the top right hand corner You will then get an email to say once this upload is complete but it usually doesn't take long, depending on the size of the list. You can then enter in this tag in "Audience Rules" either within Series or individual outbound messages. Hopefully that helps! Eabha (Customer Engagement)
