How do you insure your customers data safety from your employees at invoca ?

My campaign information was discussed by one of your old employees who was fired in the past. What kind of internal and external data security measures do you have in place now ?

Invoca does not capture or store any credit card or billing information. Additionally, we have had no problems with security in over 2 years of extensive usage.

My clients and my vendors were exposed to other companies. This has nothing to to do with consumer data. The Invoca software is a solid foundation… Simply put, there are much more affordable and more agile platforms available now.

One of the items we have implemented in order to be SOC 2 Type 2 compliant was a feature called "Temporary Access" for all Invoca employees, so unless a specific Invoca employee is assigned to your account or assisting you with a support request, they do not have access to a client's platform or data. In addition, we have also introduced a feature called "Change History", which provides a detail audit trail of any change made to a customer's platform or data, allowing us to track down and rectify any potential mistakes that were made. Proper handling of your and your customer's data has always been and will continue to be a top priority for Invoca. This understanding guides everything Invoca and our employees do, which is why we've heavily invested in our technology to meet the compliance standars set forth by PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.
