How do you expect to lower cost? What is the best way to contact support?

How do you expect or is it in the scope to lower the cost of dropbox so more users are able to use it and as a competitive advantage against other platforms? What is the easiest way to contact support and also what is the easiest way to learn the software? One of the most asked questions I believe would also be, how to troubleshoot problems when using the software and making sure files are not being deleted in the process by other users. In a company, where users use the software at the same time, problems like file deleting can be an issue.

Lower the cost of new users for 2 years, then gradually increase the price for those particular users. best way to contact support -> CHAT
