How do they dare simply take the user's money?

I have been working on the platform for a while , one of the services the smartcat offers is payment system for the jobs even out of their platform, it's a payout system , but they have simply withheld my fund for a job that is not even done on their platform. I have heard that this is also done to another users as well. this action is defiantly not legal and I want to see how I can take required action to tackle my issue?

Do what I did recently. Make a post describing what you wrote here on LinkedIn and use the hashtag Smarcat. I guarantee you it will get their attention. Make the post public.

It's not really complicated. Everything is crystal clear, all I can say is that they are lying , simply lying I have all the proofs that they are lying. First of all I did't have several accounts there but only two account and the reason was different language pairs, so on one profile I had one working Pair and on another totally different pair, and this is a common thing because usually clients would hire someone which works on one pair otherwise they might think that the profile belongs to a LSP rather than a freelancer. In general, this market is not a clean and fair market, sometimes other rivals when watching your profile is developed and they can't compete, would try to ruin your reputation, what makes this case a really disappointing one is that the smartCAT has been fooled so easily at least this is the most optimistic view if we don't want to blame them for all of it , But here there is one thing which needs to be considered carefully , lets imagine ,( I am just saying imagine) that he was telling the truth , which he is not , does this would give them the permission to take my money for some completely irrelevant thing? it's like you have a dispute with somebody about a deal, then he simply come to your home and steal your money from your pocket. guys, I can prove that they are Scam, they have a good platform for translators , a well developed CAT tool with great features, but that's all you can do there safely , never trust them for doing a job there or using their Payment system , THEY ARE FRAUDSTER

Smartcat is a translation services platform that allows customers to make translation orders and make payments for the completed orders. The actual translation work may not necessarily be processed on our platform, and the translators may use their own translation tools besides the ones offered by Smartcat. We have the right to block the account and suspend any payment in case of fraudulent actions on the user’s side. The reason for blocking this particular account was an attempt to register several accounts with fake reviews and try to avoid payment for completed translation orders. After abandoning the account with significant unpaid debts, a new account was created by the same person. After our internal investigation, the new account was blocked and the amounts owed to the new account were suspended. Even after suspending the available amounts there is still an outstanding debt in the old account. This decision was part of our compliance policy and will help assure other users that their work is paid properly.
