How do I show the dialog box in my website?

Currently Im only seeing the the options for osano consent in my website but I dont see the box dialog / banner that should appear first. I have deleted all the cookies but still, anything is showing. As it says in the documents should only have osano.js, right? Or should I have something else?

Hello, I've already resolved the issue. Thanks. I asked it here because when I was reviewing there was an option to "ask any question to the staff"...that question ended up in here (didnt know that :D ) and at the moment of reviewing I was having this problem that is now resolved.
