To send an email with our product, first log in to your account. Then, click on the 'Compose' button to start a new email. Enter the recipient's email address in the 'To' field, add a subject line, and type your message in the body section. Once you're ready, click 'Send' to deliver your email.

Great question! You never need to download any software to send and receive secure emails with NeoCertified. You can access your secure portal through a special link that you will receive upon registering your account where you can do it all! Inside that portal, you can compose, send, receive, set preferences / notifications, and contact customer support. We do offer the option of downloading a Microsoft Outlook plug-in, if you use the Microsoft Outlook application on your computer which will allow you to send & receive directly inside of Microsoft Outlook.
