I suggest you dig into the 3cx support documents. There are a number of different CRM platforms which have easy integration with 3cx. I know I have one client using ZohoCRM and it was able to integrate nicely with 3cx and they are very happy with how it works. I am guessing it will be either (easy to do and well supported) or (not easy to do and not well supported). Alternately, you may wish to check your CRM documentation to see if they have info on how to integrate specifically with 3cx.
In order to do this there are 2 things you need to do:
1) Make sure you are using either the 3CX WebClient or 3CX Desktop App to make calls
2) Use either Chrome or MS Edge to log into Zoho and install the 3CX Click2Call for Chrome or Edge and configure it.
After you do this, all numbers in your CRM should appear as clickable links and when you press on one of them, the number will be loaded in the WebClient/Desktop App ready for you to dial.
