JumpCloud can unify passwords among common systems, like GSuite and Office365, allowing the helpdesk to reset a password once and have it affect all three services. Also, when using the SSO you can eliminate extra login methods for some common services, further simplifying the helpdesk work. My favorite time savings is (de)provisioning of users on devices, one click, and a user will be set up on a device, and the reverse is true. That is just the tip of the iceberg.
