How can we report bugs or issues to get the software cleaner and running more smoothly?

We need a way to report issues to your tech team to get some answers, even if it is just acknowledgment of the problem and an estimated fix time. I find flaws everywhere, but I don't have the time during a call to find a way to report it. Typically I would report the issue to my supervisor, but I would rather report the issue straight to your system.

I agree with you 100%. I am VERY dissatisfied with the technical service I've received in the 3 years of using this software. Lately it has been worse, not sure what is going on there. When we run into an issue I report it to IT and then they input a "Trouble Ticket" with them. We then begin the waiting process, be sure not t hold your breath lol.
