How can i upload high quality image with less resolution?

I try to upload high quality of image,but it denied to upload it in my account.I check all things like internet, procedure and so on,but it's not working.could you help me regarding this?

You don't need to be confused with photos or videos with large resolutions. use google drive as a means of storing your files, if your smartphone is lost, the document files are maintained as long as we still have a google account that we have associated with google drive
