How can I integrate Zendesk with my database not using an app?

I would like. tohave Zendesk integrated that for every user created I have a new user in Zednesk.

You will have to use the API, for instance with Powershell, Python or other languages. It is pretty simple, but a basic familiarity with REST api's is definitely a plus.
