Hi all, I do not seem to find a way to track actual time spent for subtasks in Backlog. Is there any workaround you all have figured out?

My team and I have been using Backlog for more than a year now. But the only problems we see are that it only allows creating two levels of tasks. Only parent and children. But there might be cases where we want to divide child task to sub-tasks further. Is there anyone who figured out a workaround for that? Additionally, I want to ask how did you all configure Backlog to track the time of the child tasks. It seems the progress is only shown for the parent task, or maybe we have configuration errors.

Hi Janani, Backlog only allows for parent-child subtasking at this time, and child issues cannot be further divided. Time tracking for both parent and child tasks must be manually updated at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!
