I'd go with Wordpress. But the only problem I have with Wordpress is that web page modifications need to be done in html mode and not design mode. So you do have to know a bit on how html works.
It's a no brainer. Wordpress. The feature set that Wordpress offers is miles ahead of GoDaddy and Weebly. The templates are fantastic and the plug-ins are great. Also teh community surrounding it is very helpful and knowledgable.
No from my personal experience, but I have a friend who is an entrepeneur who swears by custom Wordpress templates for his business. They can purchased individually and used to spruce up Wordpress. It depends on your price point.
