For any incoming call, can I open up their contact information from the dialer window in my CRM as well within the JustCall desktop, mobile, and web apps?

Yes, you can. The logo for your respective CRM would show in the dialer window, clicking on which the contact information associated with the incoming call would open up. This is possible in your CRM, as well as in the JustCall desktop and web apps. Currently, we do not provide this feature in the JustCall mobile app.
