Folders and Projects

I am struggling to get my team to go beyond a search by search basis and start to work more with projects and folders to build longer term talent pipeline. Who else has had this and how effective have you found the project folders? Thank you,

I've seen a lot of recruiting software over the years and some were built for pipeline recruiting (now called Talent Pools or Talent Network), most were not. Those that are trying to add this on have been struggling to create solid offerings due to constraints of their architecture and the time/resources to do it properly. If your current tool (e.g. ATS) does not do it well, you can't expect your team to use it, so you might need to find a bolt-on solution that will get them excited and focused on pipeline recruiting.
