Yep when we first cut over to CX One our Agents Max Client kept freezing, and dropping the call. OR calls would come in and the Agent Leg would not connect and then it registered as being "refused." We asked NICe about this and they had zero answers for us. It wasn't a hallucination.....it was REAL.
Anyhow it has gotten better but NICE never explained anything . It does still happen every so often.
