Does anyone use the Forums functionality?

The company who provides our CRM solution utilizes Zendesk and while the Forums are technically active, they're completely empty. Are other customers using them successfully? Should I suggest it be promoted more?

Hello Thomas, we use the forums in Zendesk to serve as a knowledge base (e.g. FAQ, Features Request, Community Help, etc.). Off course, spammers love those forums, so make sure to set the posting permission carefully to avoid such nuisances.
