Do you schedule and unschedule videos to reduce the number of published videos in your library?

I have over 700 videos, and we continue to add new content weekly. If I want to unschedule videos to reduce the size of my published library, I have to make sure they are not part of a collection or bundle that is published, I find that process tedious. Any suggestions or insights are appreciated.

Question: Do you schedule and unschedule videos to reduce the number of published videos in your library? Answer: Yes, we have a feature that allows scheduling the release and expiration of your videos. When editing a video, navigate to the Publication tab, then you can schedule the video or choose an expiration date. Question: I have over 700 videos, and we continue to add new content weekly. Any suggestions or insights are appreciated. Answer: Please note that unpublished videos are still hosted on the platform, and therefore, are included in your storage usage. If you want to lower your storage usage, the videos need to be deleted. When you delete videos, they are also removed from all collections and bundles. For flexibility reasons, we allow publishing videos inside a collection and individually. We also have a feature that enables filtering content by Status (Published, Unpublished, Scheduled, and Transcoding) and a visual indicator for collections. Finally, we have a feature to delete videos in bulk. If you have additional questions, please contact our Support Team at support@uscreen.tv
