Any data in CSV format can be onboarded to the system via omnichannel import. Data commonly onboarded in this way includes demographic data, lead/prospect data, historical purchase or return data, or offline interaction data such as from customer support, direct marketing or event attendance. Additionally, we have a Data Sources feature in-product enabling customers to easily hook up and configure the following types of data sources: Web data (behavioral and all web), CRM data, native mobile data, mobile web data, connected device data (Roku, watchOS, etc), business communications systems data (slack, etc), workflow tools (Zapier), or custom data sources in any developer language (HTTP, python, Java, etc).
