Can you please increase the basic plan limit to 5GB?

When I was a kid, I couldn't afford the premium plan. So, I started to find any way to get the maximum free limit and also find in the shortest time that I can afford to buy that time. Which was $1 to get 16 GB in a minute. I earned some extra 1.5/2GB by searching on the internet via Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
