Can you allow multi-domains and branches to have a dedicated central repository?

Its important for my customers to have a dedicated and secure central repository at a multi-domain or branch level, not shared with other customers at an instance level.

No, the Central Repository is only for single domains, but content across multiple domains and branches can be organized as learning objects in separate folders for each audience, which is controlled by a Superadmin or by the Power User assigned to that domain or branch, thereby maintaining control over content that is loaded into it.
