Can we use Google Forms offline?

I hope that there is an offline mode for Google Forms like you can download the forms and answer it and then submit it online.

There is no offline mode for Google Forms. You can use Clappia, an alternative to offline Google Forms, to create form-based apps similar to Google Forms that can be used to collect and submit data offline. Clappia is a No-code platform where you can create apps just by using simple drag-and-drop blocks, without coding a single line. It's free and you can start building your app right away.

You can use sign365 with canva to setup some custom forms for your business and then use them to collect your data. See: sign365.com.au Disclosure: I am the founder :)

Hi Em, I’m G2’s research analyst for the education industry — thanks for your question. As far as I know, there’s currently no way to use Google Forms offline. There is an offline mode for Google Sheets (see instructions here: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/6388102?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en), so you would be able to get offline access to a Google Sheet that holds the data captured by a Google Form. But the Google Form itself doesn’t work unless you have an internet connection. There’s a brief discussion of the issue and possible workarounds on the Google Docs discussion forum here: https://support.google.com/docs/thread/4204405?hl=en. Hope that helps. Best, Shaun Bishop Research analyst, G2
