Since Breezy only allows the interview scheduling tool to include a rough time frame, I want to make sure the available time show to the candidates exclude our busy time on google calendar.
Yes we have seamless integrations for both Gmail and Google Calendar.
To address another (mistaken) answer: Google calendar integration is a two way sync. If you create a meeting in Breezy, we insert it into your Google Calendar.
We also have visibility to your free/busy schedule from your Google calendar for events not created in Breezy. We display those as blocked off times. You can always manually schedule over them and override it, of course!
If you are using scheduling links, we do not show times to candidates that are blocked off on your Google calendar. For this to work, you do need to make sure that your calendar free/busy schedule is shared as outlined here: https://help.breezy.hr/en/articles/5569318-sharing-your-google-calendar
Yes, Breezy will add events to your Google calendar, but it does not work the other way around - if you manually add other events to Google calendar, then this may not be reflected in your availability for Breezy appointments... So you may end up having event and meeting happening at the same time... Thus best solution is to have a separate google calendar created just for Breezy.
