In addition to Dillan's answer, RPA does not replace physical interactions as it is a software bot

Yes - provided all of the systems are accessible from one environment (desktop/RDS/VDI etc) because this is where the robot ‘lives’. For example UiPath does not work on a phone and therefore cannot perform tasks on mobile apps, but would be able to log in and use that same application’s web browser interface
