Can i use visual studio for iphone development as well?

I really wish that visual studio more for phone and other feature of java,which will make it more easy and software more easy.

Using Xamarin. You still need a Apple to compile and test with. I have fond using Xcode for the layout is better

yes, but install it with the xamarin component when you install visual studio.
