Can I automate multiple scheduled sales email sends based on the suggested optimized send times?

We would like to automate multiple scheduled sales email sends through a workflow based on the suggested optimized send times suggested for each message instead of having to schedule them one at a time. Would like to see more flexible customizable greetings for automated communication (ex: good morning, Happy Friday, etc...)

Yes it is possible to automate multiple emails using workflow for optimal times. As far as having different greetings, no they will all be the same greeting. My suggestion would be to create multiple templates with those different greetings and then batch a few emails at a time so you can have different greetings. Then I would AB test them to find out what greeting was best received for future use.
