Please do not believe the 30-day money-back guarantee of this company. This program cannot restore the files on the SSD. The following is the content of their company’s reply. They will not refund the money I paid and I can’t get the service I need. They explain This is a Chinese company that is not regulated by the US Consumer Regulations. The following is the reply of the company suspected of deceiving consumers : Thanks for the message. In order to speed up SSD, TRIM would totally erase the file content after the files were deleted and it is impossible to recover the lost files rightly with any data recovery software. I'm sorry we could not help you this time. We totally understand your situation. However, since your case does not meet with our refund policy, we are unable to issue a refund to you.
