Asking for patch management

Hey everyone, I need some answers before we go ahead with implementing Action1 as our patch management solution. Can anyone help me out? 1. We have offices in different time zones. Can we set up patching policies based on different schedules? 2. Does your system notify users before their machines reboot to avoid disruptions during the update process? 3. Do you have any certifications? We're interested in implementing a cloud solution, but we're also concerned about cloud service security.
