The support team helped me a lot. Took me a while to learn the backend. If you mean for attendees, I had some small issues, but most of them were easy to resolve. Just took a lot of time to explain things fully to them through emails, orientation/walkthrough videos, broadcast messages, and a tech support q&a desk during the event.
