Am I missing something on the integration side?

In the Review I mentioned i would like the ability to salesforce integrate and require specific files to be shared. Is this actually possible?

My suggestion is, first of all, everybody must have Dropbox installed and it must appear as a resource in file explores, then in the Dropbox app you can select files or folders to be shared and provide a link (it can be created in the app) the must be chared among all interested people. This procedure is similarto the one used in Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive,... Hope this helps
