Am I able to add in extra info in the nxt page, after user has clicked the 'submit' form button?

I would like to direct users to click on a website URL after they have submitted the survey, but am not able to find the functions or steps to do so.

Technically, yes you can. However, if you add information to the form, you would need to reshare it with those you would like to fill out the form. This would, unfortunately require those people to fill out the form again.

You should be able to add/link urls using some features in Google Forms.

You can add information such as a thank you message or link to a next step that appears after someone completes your form.
