Risk Analysis is a new feature within the Absolute platform that provides a comprehensive assessment of the risk associated with a particular device, leveraging the reporting and analytics collected by the Absolute platform with a series of targeted recommendations provided by experienced risk professionals. This is available to customers with Absolute Resilience licenses. Designed for businesses or organizations that are looking to assess a device’s risk profile before deciding whether to conduct a full device investigation that requires a theft report. This new feature is ideal for devices that may be at risk but not necessarily stolen, e.g. when a device is lost or misplaced, may contain regulated data or display suspicious activity. The resulting report includes detailed information collected directly from the device in order to assess risk, as well as recommendations from an Absolute security expert on how to respond appropriately.
