can a 2d drawing Developed using standard tool Pallet in Autocad be converted into 3d model in inventor Directly

If it is possible to convert 2d to 3d and vice versa. It reduces the lead time of product development.

It can not be converted because the overall tool pallet will be complex and difficult to find

thanks for your reply but it is my question as well as suggestion that if standard tool is defined in such a way that it can be converted into a functional 3d model after entering some details if needed the it will be so cool and lots of time can be saved
