Irrelevant Results on Search listing

Hello All, 1. I have optimized my GMB listing with all the checklists. But why my business is not coming on top on listing, while others coming with very few review and no optimization. - Cricket clubs in Sharjah 2. What are the best way to get listed on top on GMB for any search terms. I have optimized my GMB with all the services but still no visibility.
