How often would you say the software crashes before a user has saved their work?
As a fairly avid user of Celtx, myself - I've had the software crash on me or unexpectedly close, with my web browser, before I've properly been able to save my work. So I'm curious - what will you do to combat this problem, down the road?

The Celtx Studio has an autosave function, and should never just unexpectedly close! It sounds like you might have some connectivity issues.
