Zyro is integrated with Ecwid for created an online store, so why are we unable to utilize Ecwid's platform?

Visiting Ecwid, one can see that they offer customers the ability to develop a traditional-looking e-commerce store. However, the Zyro shop is reduced to a single square unity that looks terrible [for example, the header is shaved off]. So while our website looks amazing, our customers have told us that the shop we featured looks pretty 'scetch' because they are accustomed to viewing something else.
