How can I cancel my account and stop being charged? It's been a year and it truly feels like I have been misled by Expensify several times on how to do it.

We have the exact same problem. We've just found out that the expensify.com subscription extends automatically every month you pay, so your contract ALWAYS has one more year. You must give them one year's notice, but I didn't sign up for such a contract. Is this legal? Which company would sign up if they knew that exit from expensify.com requires one-year advance notice.
